Krak Chocolade is based in Ermelo and founded by Mark Schimmel. He started his craftmanship in 2013.
We tasted the (cacao) bars for the first time in 2017 in The Hague (The Chocolate Shop). We explored chocolate with acidity, sweetness and bitterness. All the origins where perfectly balanced and so tasteful.
